Outstanding Warrants in Titus County
Titus County posts no complete public active-warrant search. The Sheriff's Office instead names a warrants sergeant and offers an email plus a main telephone route. That unit may help identify county-held process. Only the issuing court, though, can say whether a warrant is still active, has been served, or was recalled. Ask the sergeant to name the court that can confirm current status. Mount Pleasant adds a dated list for municipal cases. It is not a county index. No JP court, Talco, or Winfield public list exists either. "Outstanding" is just a label here. It still takes a court check, because no one file in Titus County speaks for every court.
Titus County Has No Sheriff Warrant List
Titus County splits its Sheriff's Office contacts by job. Warrant questions go to warrants@co.titus.tx.us, while records@co.titus.tx.us handles requests for copies. The county directory names Sgt. Shawn Davis for warrants and Andrea Miller for records. Use the warrants channel for status and records for copies. Whoever answers can point you to the case court. The sheriff serves process; the issuing court keeps the file. So ask for the court, the process type, and a current confirmation source rather than waiting on a public list, because the Titus County Sheriff's Office posts none. Dispatch is not a warrant-status line for the public.

The Titus County Active Warrant List
The city's file is titled "Active Warrants as of Oct 2025," and its page shows a created and updated date of October 27, 2025. There is no search form. Columns cover ticket, violation, sequence, defendant, offense, type, amount, and city. The date matters. The PDF is a snapshot, not a live screen, so it will not change when a clerk recalls a warrant or a case gets resolved. A court or serving agency may update its own system long before the public file is replaced. The Titus County Sheriff's Office has no public searchable list, and this city document cannot fill that gap for district, county, JP, Winfield, Talco, or out-of-county process. Open the official link to see the source, then call the court for a current record.

Any description of the Titus County list's scope should carry the printed date beside it.
Note: A dated city PDF can help identify a court record, but it does not establish today’s status or show every Titus County court.
Active Warrants: What They Show
The Mount Pleasant file is useful for its field names, not its personal rows. The "amount" label does not mean every figure is bond, and the "city" field does not establish where a person lives. A felony warrant may use a different case layout altogether. Ask the Titus County issuing clerk what each current field means.
| Ticket and violation | Ticket identifier and violation code appear in separate columns. |
|---|---|
| Offense and type | The file distinguishes offense text from labels such as Warrant or Capias. |
| Amount | Ask the court if this is a balance, fee, or another amount. |
| City | Source or location field; not a residence statement. |
| Live status | No public example record; request current confirmation from the issuing court. |
Titus County Mount Pleasant Warrant Snapshot
Mount Pleasant's October 2025 PDF shows a publication limit. It is static, with no search by name, date of birth, or ticket number. The header tells you what the city chose to publish. Only the Municipal Court can confirm whether a ticket still carries a warrant, whether the amount changed, or whether a new court date was set. The city page describes a warrant of arrest after nonappearance or failure to pay within its stated period, and it separately names a capias pro fine when a payment arrangement is not followed. That distinction shapes the question to ask in Titus County: which process is active, and what step will clear it?
Titus County Warrant Roundups
No Titus County office currently runs an amnesty day or warrant roundup, and no city-specific announcement appears on official pages. A statewide event notice from another city would not fit here. Mount Pleasant's ordinary court page lays out its standard appearance, plea, and payment-arrangement route, which is not an amnesty date or fee waiver.
Official program link: Northeast Texas Area Crime Stoppers runs a curated public tip program for publicized requests. Its material offers phone, WebTip, and text routes; it is not the county’s full active-warrant file.

Titus County’s 97 and 127 Court Counts
An October 2025 Mount Pleasant municipal-court activity report counted 97 Class C arrest warrants and 127 capiases pro fine issued that month. The same report showed zero Class A/B and felony arrest warrants. Those are monthly issuance counts for one city court. They are not the number of active warrants in Mount Pleasant or Titus County, since a warrant issued during the month may later be served, recalled, or otherwise resolved. The report's value is context: a municipal court tracks different process categories separately. The figures cannot be summed into an active roster or used to infer any one person's current record.

Finding Your Own Name on the List
Spotted your name in the city file? Call Mount Pleasant Municipal Court first, before you pay anything or show up. Get the citation number, the current process label, the balance owed, and any court date on the calendar. Ask what specific action actually changes the warrant status, since a listed row is not a bond schedule. If the PDF shows no match for you, that clears nothing outside it. An unlisted city, JP, county, district, or federal matter can still be open anywhere in Titus County. Use the citation or cause number to reach the right office, whether that is a JP court, the County Clerk, the District Clerk, or the sheriff. Keep every payment receipt and any signed court order. Ask when each system should update after you act. For a felony, sealed, family, or extradition question, talk to a Texas attorney before taking a single step.
Important: Confirm the issuing court’s instructions before an appearance; the county has not published a standard surrender or bond-window process.
Titus County Warrant Results Can Be Missing
Why would a name come back empty? The matter may sit in another court, the list may be old, or the data simply has not caught up yet. A sealed or restricted record will not show either. The Titus County case portal is not an all-court warrant search, and DPS/OmniBase only reflects certain violations that participating courts report. So a clean-looking screen is not a court's confirmation that no process remains. Narrow your next question down to two parts. Which court issued the case, and who can confirm its present status? That answer points you to Mount Pleasant Municipal Court, the JP criminal clerk, the County Clerk, the District Clerk, or the sheriff. The online list is one route among these, not the final word on Titus County warrants.
